We rewrote, starting from algebra, all artificial intelligence algorithms so they can run inside any microcontroller. The result is a software, NanoEdge AI, that allows any IoT developer to easily and instantly integrate machine learning functions into his solution without having any knowledge in AI. We allow true machine learning “at the Edge” exactly where the signal becomes data.

Self-Powered Wide-Area Network combining Telegram Splitting and Energy Harvesting
We developed a combination of a new LPWAN standard MIOTY with Energy Harvesting. Our LPWAN relies on Telegram Splitting dividing a telegram into multiple bursts, distributed over time and frequency. For decoding, only 50% of the bursts need to be collision free. Our energy harvesting technology makes use of smallest amounts of energy (heat/light/vibration) to power MIOTY without cables/batteries.

Smart Traffic Lights using Image processing and IA
The solution consists in a addon device that is being attached to current smart lights systems. This device, togheter with a set of outdoor IP cameras, sense the volume of traffic using image processing, and using IA algorithms avoids death time windows in the lights cycle. It reduces dramatically the average wait time a car must spend in an specific intersection.

IRON HAND: A reliable tool for combating muscle and joint pain
Eiffage, in partnership with Bioservo Technologies, has developed a bionic glove to ease the worker’s activities, reducing physical strains associated with manual handling, and preventing the appearance of musculoskeletal disorders. This is an equipment combining robotics and IoT. The degree of reduction, or muscle-strengthening, varies by job and frequency of handling operations, from 25% to 86%.
