He founded and took public a national systems integration company and subsequently served as its audit and compensation committee chair. Dr. Grieves has substantial board experience, including serving on the boards of public companies in the United States, China, and Japan.

Dr. Grieves earned his B.S. Computer Engineering from Michigan State University, an MBA from Oakland University, and his doctorate from Case Western Reserve University.
