Andrés has developed his career in the IT field as a Computer Science Engineer with certifications in ITIL4, Strategist DPI, Auditor ISO 20.000 & 27.001, Azure, Cybersecurity and Scrum Foundation, among others. He has been involved in the research and implementation of infrastructure management and information security solutions in different countries of the LATAM & Europe regions.

As a SOC manager, you and your team have to rely on digital forensic clues (IP addresses, file hashes, etc.) to figure out if a cybercrime has taken place, and how an attacker went about it.
