Biography

Tom Liston is a veteran cybersecurity expert with 25+ years of experience. He created LaBrea during the 2001 Code Red incident and contributed to the SANS Internet Storm Center. At InGuardians, he led pentests for sectors like government and healthcare and achieved the first-known VMware escape. He also worked on DHS projects, re-architected Warner Bros.' network post-Sony breach, and co-created SANS NetWars challenges.
