Biography

Arsene is working for Thales DIS since 20 years now. During the last decade, he has developed solutions for smart metering, new mobility and industrial IoT, currently fully focused on the IoT cellular connectivity ecosystem ramp up via an end user centric approach. Additionally, he has worked with numerous MNOs worldwide to deploy solutions linked to remote SIM cards management, roaming strategies optimization and personal data protection.
