Biography

Patricia Biernacki is a cybersecurity consultant at the Cybersecurity Agency of the state of Baden-Wuerttemberg (CSBW). She is in charge of municipalities and develops new prevention concepts and services. When the situation centre of the agency was established, she played a major role in elaborating policies and procedures from scratch. In this stage, she was also a member of the Mobile Incident Response Team (MIRT).
